（３）１０月 必要書類の収集と和訳、申請書の作成
Collection some documents, translation into Japanese them and making application for studying in Japan … October
（４）１１月末 東京出入国在留管理局へ申請書を提出
Submission documents to Tokyo Immigration Bureau … End of November
